Oral Sessions

All oral sessions will take place in the Pinnacle Ballroom of the Pinnacle Marriott Downtown hotel.  

A preview/testing area is available for speakers in the Lonsdale Room of the hotel.

Please note that all speakers must give their presentations from the computer systems set up in the session rooms. Use of individual laptops cannot be accommodated. Powerpoint presentations must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 - no earlier versions will be supported. Alternatively, Adobe PDF compatible with Acrobat Reader 7 is acceptable .
