Please give your Chairman's Reception ticket to the bartender for a complimentary drink.
There will be a selection of light refreshments and a cash bar set up.

Museum of Anthropology, UBC Campus
The Cyclotrons'13 banquet will be a salmon BBQ on the grounds of the Museum. We will be in a large Event tent and even if the weather is inclement we will still be in the tent. Any delegates who commented in the field, when they registered, that they require vegetarian will be accommodated.
You will have access to the Museum from 17:00 to 18:30. Please exit the museum and make your way to the tent that is set up on the Museum grounds before 18:30. Your Banquet ticket allows you a complementary before dinner drink - please give your ticket to the bartender. Wine will be served during your meal. A cash bar will be set up for any additional drinks.
Please note in the event of cooler or inclement weather please dress accordingly. The tent has a solid floor and heaters will be used if required.
Cyclotrons'13 delegates who are going on the TRIUMF Tour will be bused from TRIUMF to the Museum of Anthropology. Those guests who are attending the banquet only will be transported by bus from the Marriott Pinnacle to the Museum of Anthropology.
