We invite you to be an industrial exhibitor at CYCLOTRONS'13, which will be held at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel September 16th – 20th, 2013.

Layout of Booths

Strategically positioned booths will enable you to maximize interaction with attendees and other exhibitors.
Two presentation options are available to the exhibitors: booth display and table display.
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will assign your booth. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and definitive only after receipt of full payment.

Booth Display Option

Cost:  Exhibitor registration $2000.00 CAD; Additional participant $685.00.
Includes:

  • One 8’ x 10’ booth with a table, two chairs, full back curtain, 3’ side curtain
  • Wireless internet access at the booth
  • Electrical connection for the booth
  • One full delegate registration (includes Welcome reception, banquet, lunch, coffee breaks, and sessions)
  • Logo recognition on the conference website
  • Exhibitor name in conference guide

Tabletop Display Option

Cost:  Exhibitor registration $1000.00 CAD; Additional participant $685.00.
Includes:

  • A skirted table and one chair
  • Wireless internet access at the table
  • Electrical connection for the table
  • One full delegate registration (includes Welcome reception, banquet, lunch, coffee breaks, and sessions)
  • Logo recognition on the conference website
  • Exhibitor name in conference guide

Exhibit Hours:

  • Monday, September 16th to Thursday September 19th, 2013
  • Setup 8 a.m. on Monday, September 16th
  • Exhibit hall open to delegates at 12 p.m. Monday
  • Exhibit hours will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday
  • Tear-down Thursday September 19th starting at 12:00 p.m.
